Store Terms and Conditions
These terms regulate the use of our e-commerce platform and define the mutual rights and obligations of the buyer and the service provider. By shopping on our website, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
1. General information
1.1. The owner and service provider of the online store is OÜ Glasur Grupp (Reg. No. 10255250).
1.2. These terms are binding on all visitors and customers of the online store.
1.3. Our website reserves the right to unilaterally update these terms by publishing the current version on the website.
2. Products and prices
2.1. All products are offered with descriptions, specifications, images and prices.
2.2. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) excluding VAT.
2.3. Prices may be changed without prior notice, however the price displayed at the time of ordering is final.
2.4. Certain products may be subject to quantity or availability restrictions.
2.5. The price including VAT will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
3. Placing an order
3.1. To place an order, the buyer must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
3.2. An order is considered confirmed after payment has been made and registered in the system.
3.3. The buyer receives an order confirmation to the specified email address.
4. Payment procedure
4.1. Our online store accepts the following payment methods:
- bank transfer;
- online banking payments;
- other methods available at checkout.
4.2. All payments are processed in a secure environment using certified payment service providers.
4.3. The buyer is responsible for entering accurate payment information.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Our online store provides the following delivery options:
- pickup at our branch;
- courier delivery (including delivery using our own transport).
5.2. Delivery times depend on product availability and the delivery address.
5.3. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
5.4. If the buyer provides incorrect information or is unreachable, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest branch for pickup.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.
6.2. A return request can be submitted by writing to our email address or by using the return form on the website.
6.3. The goods must be:
- unused;
- in the original packaging;
- with all accessories, labels and documentation.
6.4. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the goods and verification of their condition.
6.5. If the goods are damaged or delivered incorrectly, return costs are covered by us.
7. Warranty and claims
7.1. Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty or the warranty provided by applicable law.
7.2. In case of defects, the buyer must inform us, describing the problem and attaching visual evidence.
7.3. Within the claim handling procedure, we may provide:
- replacement;
- a refund, if repair or replacement is not possible.
8. Data protection
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability
9.1. Our online store is not responsible for losses resulting from improper use of the website.
9.2. Our online store is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services, including internet connection or payment system failures.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
10.3. Consumers have the right to submit complaints to the Consumer Rights Protection Authority or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
